Today Starts Eruopean iPhone on Germany and UK

Today will be launched the European iPhone. Perhaps there are less expectation than US iPhone, or not?. Here in Europe Nokia has more mobile market, and will be difficult that Apple sells the sames iPhones on Europe than US. Other question is that iPhone doesn't have 3G interface (are rumors about a 3G iPhone will launched on may 2008), and if you don't connect it to Wi-Fi the connection will be slow. What do you think about european iPhone impact?

The ITU aproves WiMax as 3G communication standard

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) aproves WiMax as standard, is good news for intel because they're developing this technology and bad for other companies like Qualcomm or Ericsson they're developing another alternatives. The WiMax technology is a wireless technology like WiFi, but the WiMax is better, works more quick and for a long distance. Is capable of work at 70 Mbps in a 65 Km radius.
