Skype will introduce a IP phone mobile. The Device allow users make free calls to their skype users. An important condition is that Skype will not offer their cheap rate for normal calls. Also we can use the instant messaging of skype. It's a good solution if you have a lot of skype contacts. The phone is also part of the mobile operator 3. I think is a counterattack againts iPhone. And a good way to expand skype users. On November, 2 the phone will be avaliable.

Indra Is Developing A Phone To Make Secure Calls

The Spanish company Indra is working on an Secure Calls System. The system will make secure calls. To make this possible the phone encrypt the sound before send it. The system only works with two equals phones. The phone software is based on Linux. The phone price is about 2000€ to 4000€.
